    Jan Baum

    Professor and Faculty Director, Entrepreneurship@TU
    Towson University

    Jan Baum is professor and faculty director for Entrepreneurship@TU. Baum founded and directed the Center for Innovation + Entrepreneurship at Towson University, the hub of entrepreneurial activity at TU, to nurture and develop entrepreneurial talent and create an entrepreneurial ethos across the university, and establishing TU as a heartbeat for innovation and entrepreneurship. Baum is a serial entrepreneur and passionate expert on innovation, change, and leadership. Expertise in 3D printing technologies, Baum founded and directed 3D Maryland a state-wide leadership initiative after establishing the first comprehensive digital fabrication lab in the USM in 2011. Baum’s awards: The Baltimore Sun’s 25 Women to Watch in 2016, The Daily Record’s Influential Marylanders 2014, The Daily Record’s Innovator of the Year 2013, 2014


    David L. Brannon, PhD

    Associate Professor, College of Business & Economics, Towson University

    David Brannon is an associate professor in the College of Business and Economics for Towson University. His prior education and experience include a PhD in entrepreneurship from Syracuse University, an MBA from the University of Hawaii and BS in Chemical Engineering from WVU Tech. His most recent research inquiries involve entrepreneurial passion, business model innovation, green entrepreneurship, and new venture team dynamics. Dave has been a leader at Towson University for the entrepreneurship curriculum development.

     
    Elina Kallas, PhD

    Research Scholar, Harvard University
    Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences

    Elina Kallas has PhD in business and currently is a research scholar at Harvard University, engaged in research into entrepreneurship ecosystems. She was part of the team that developed the nation-wide project exploring entrepreneurship education in Estonia. Elina is the co-author of ‘The Solution Book— 101 techniques for successful ideation and problem-solving.’


    • Anđela  Pepić, PhD

    Head of the Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer Centre at the University of Banja Luka

    Anđela manages and organises the work of the Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer Centre at the University of Banja Luka; coordinating research projects in entrepreneurship; monitoring and supporting the development of entrepreneurship and innovations at the University; supporting the process of IPR protection and spin-off creation; organising and coordinating the promotion of technology and knowledge transfer activities; supports the University and its Faculties in project management cycle (from idea to application to implementation).

    Jinjuan Heidi Feng, PhD

    Director, School of Emerging Technologies
    Professor, Department of Computer & Information Sciences
    Towson University

    Jinjuan Heidi Feng is a professor in the Department of Computer and Information Sciences at Towson University. She conducts research in the area of human-computer interaction, accessible computing and health-informatics. She works with national and local communities to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities through information technology. She is associate editor for the International Journal of Human-Computer Studies and the ACM Transactions on Accessible Computing. As the director of the School of Emerging Technologies at Towson University, she promotes interdisciplinary research and curriculum development through collaboration both within and beyond Towson University.

     
    Jovo Ateljević

    Professor, Economics
    University of Banja Luka

    Prof. Ateljevic has been an active researcher in a number of areas—entrepreneurship and SMEs, economic development, management strategy and tourism. An important feature of his research has been collaborative, team-based and international (New Zealand, USA, UK, Germany, South-East Europe, and Balkans). His research output appears in a number of international journals and books. He’s been involved in many research/consultancy projects worldwide including Southeast Europe. In the last 16 years, he has supervised MAs, PhDs, and taught modules in general business/management studies in both undergraduate and post-graduate programs in New Zealand (Victoria University of Wellington), UK for seven years (Stirling University), Serbia (University of Belgrade), and University of Banja Luka (RS/ BiH).


    Elari Tamm, BA

    Entrepreneur, Lecturer, Ambassador of Creativity in Business
    Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences

    Elari Tamm is an entrepreneur who facilitates change bigger than himself. He has been a business leader for many years, including over 18 years’ experience managing a multi-million-dollar real estate company in Estonia. He is a lecturer at EUAS, teaching creativity in business and leadership consulting. His passion is identifying and nurturing future leaders. He also runs challenge-based seminars connecting creative people in business. He has a BA in theology and studied mass media in Finland. He is married and has three sons and two daughters.
